Dear Emma and Rose,
Just a brief note to thank you so very much in helping make my 50th birthday dinner such a success. All our 20 guests were very impressed with the attentive service that Brooke (and her male co-waiter) gave. Everyone enjoyed their meal immensely and we are all in awe at the precision and flair the chefs displayed when preparing our table order.
We were also very pleased that our guests received their meals within an excellent time frame, given that we all ordered from the main menu.
Brooke liaised with us in a subtle yet efficient and friendly manner regarding the timing of the entree, mains, drinks, birthday cake, coffee and sparkling wine. A rare gem these days.
Again thank you for providing fantastic service and delicious traditional Italian food.
It made my birthday dinner a really special night to be remembered.
